Visionforsport terms and conditions of business
All business will be conducted subject to the terms and conditions laid out below. We respect your rights as a consumer and we would request that you respect ours as a supplier. Therefore these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders and delivery
All goods must be paid for at the time of order and we will deliver to the address given at the time of order. For non-prescription sunglasses we usually carry stock and delivery will be within 5 working days. If there are any variations we will give you an estimated time of delivery when you place your order.
For prescription sunglasses each order is bespoke to your prescription and we order the lenses for you from our lens partners, but it is subject to revision during production, particularly for complex prescriptions and specially coated products. Delivery is usually within 15 working days, however we cannot be responsible for delays due to the failure of a third party manufacturer or carrier and deliveries will take longer during the Christmas season.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds - non prescription sunglasses
For non-prescription sunglasses, please inspect the goods carefully on arrival and report any defects immediately on receipt by email. We will offer a full refund on any product if they are returned to us within 14 days, are unused and in their original packaging.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds - prescription sunglasses
If you have ordered prescription lenses, you may cancel your order but please let us know as soon as possible. Lenses supplied by our lens partners are made to order and are non-returnable, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost of these if they have already been supplied to us. Please inspect the goods carefully on arrival and report any defects immediately on receipt by email.
You may perceive temporary visual difficulties when first wearing new prescription lenses. This is quite normal and you should find that you accommodate the new prescription after a few hours of wearing. If the discomfort in your vision persists, please let us know so that we can check all of your details thoroughly, again we will offer a full refund on any product if they are returned within 14 days, are unused and in their original packaging.
Visionforsport and our lens partners provide goods that are to British Standard and are of suitable quality and they offer a reasonable level of protection if used for the purpose for which they were intended. We cannot be held liable for any damage or injury if they are used for any other purpose.
