The Austin comes in two colour options, Carbon and White.  Included are three sets of high definition, lightweight and shatterproof interchangeable polycarbonate flip-up visors in Smoke Mirror, Orange and Yellow.  These ensure the very best visibility whatever the light conditions.

The visors clip on easily to the front of the frame and can be flipped upwards and easily removed or swapped for a different colour.. The one piece wrap around lens shape provides great all round protection against sunlight, wind, sand and flying debris.  The lightweight comfortable frame is also fitted with adjustable nose pads which provide a secure fitting on most face shapes.

The optional lightweight Protector case (recommended purchase) firmly holds your Austin and three visors in a foam tray.

Your prescription must be less than two years old, otherwise your vision may have changed. If not, you should visit your optician to update it.

As a spectacle wearer you will know how complex your lenses are. A high prescription where your Sphere Power is larger than +/- 3.50 means special care is needed to get accurate details on your order, particularly your PD or Pupillary Distance (What's this?)

Please remember that all prescription lenses are tailor-made for you, so you will not see them in stock, we will  order your lenses from our lens partners. They are also not re-usable so we all need to take special care in ensuring your prescription is correct in every way!

Lenses are manufactured and returned to us for checking, quality control, fitting to your selected frame and sending on to you.

You should expect delivery in approximately 10-15 working days, we will contact you if that changes.

My Atlanta frame

I have been wearing my prescription sports spectacles now for a couple of months and just wanted to let you know how I'm getting on with them.
I am training for long distance triathlon with 2 half Ironman and a full Ironman race this summer so my training volume is very high and the glasses have been very well used in all conditions.
I opted for the Austin visor type glasses with 3 different interchangeable visors for different light conditions. I have tried the dark and orange lenses but I find that I can use the yellow lens in all light conditions so I just stick with this for all my training and racing.
The glasses are very light and fit me perfectly. Once on you don't even notice them on your face. There's no movement which you sometimes get with other glasses particularly when running which is fantastic.
They feel comfortable with a bike helmet and even when I use my aero race helmet there are no issues whereas in the past I have had specs that catch or rub with a tighter fitting helmet but not with these.
I have used the glasses in 2 big events the Snowdonia Slateman and Ironman 70.3UK in hot conditions and I didn't have any issues.
The only niggle I have had is when I put them on in transition after a hard swim they steam up and I can't see anything but once I move them slightly down my nose for a short while the fog clears and they are good to go. I don't really know what can be done to resolve this as I have had this issue with all the specs I have used in races.
I am very pleased with my glasses and would fully recommend these to anybody who needs prescription spectacles for any sport but in particular triathlon.
